Asymptote

Asymptote is a table that developed from an analysis of mathematical forms. The two legs, independently unable to stand up, are fused by a sheet of glass into a cohesive whole. Concrete, being the dynamic substance it is, is used to make a standard piece that when in configuration creates a balance within the piece as a whole.
