This upcoming project in Prahran is an exciting renovation & extension of an existing single-story house. On a site of only 130 square meters, the existing house will be reduced to only its external walls. A new house will be built within it to incorporate 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a first-floor living area & terrace, as well as a rooftop garden.
