    Prism

Prism is a table that tells a story.  No matter what angle you look at this table from it will show you something new. Like a prism refracting light - this table takes lines of colour, emerging from a single bar and transforms them across its frame. By weaving and twisting its linear geometry this table transforms from point to point. The maze of mixing colours creates surfaces that meld together to form a beautiful whole.

    Minimal

This desk is a piece which aims to serve its function in its most basic capacity. The form allows for there to be no need for legs.  The timber top wraps down along the angled sides making the top one continuous piece. The angles of the top allow enough room to work comfortably so the user can interact with the table with no encumbrances at all.

    Asymptote

Asymptote is a table that developed from an analysis of mathematical forms. The two legs, independently unable to stand up, are fused by a sheet of glass into a cohesive whole. Concrete, being the dynamic substance it is, is used to make a standard piece that when in configuration creates a balance within the piece as a whole.

    Poise

Poise is a bookshelf in a state of equilibrium.  All of the shelves are balanced off of eight points on the corners of the outer frame.  Being tied in to each other, the pressure of the wires on the shelves ensures that they stay constantly in place.  This shelf is balanced in such a way that if it were turned upside down, all parts would maintain their position.

    Corner

Corner is a piece that bends the mind. Through the use of an internal aluminium structure, this bookshelf achieves a seemingly impossible cantilever. The form is created in order to accentuate what is missing, with almost every piece of the shelf being structurally significant. Creating a purely sculptural pieces is fairly pointless, therefore Corner is able to support the weight of 2 full sets of encyclopaedias without deforming.

    On Air

This piece of furniture was conceived of to try and visually represent the perfect bed. That is that the bed seems to float on air. With hidden legs, this bed is projecting itself forward as though it is escaping from the mass of the bed head.

    Pipes Series

This piece is the first in a series of experiments using copper piping as part of a lighting fixture.  The idea behind this piece is to take an object of a very basic function and repurpose it, through slight alterations.

Taking the piping from the mundane to the beautiful.
